Omygod this is so bad. I want at least a magna cum laude, and a summa cum laude would be nice, but I need a 4.0 for the rest of my academic semesters (each of them) if I'm to do that. Omygod.
What am I going to do?!
And if you ask "Why do you want to be magna cum laude?"
Well, I just kinda do. It's kind of a self-validation. All through high school, I just sucked at life, getting B-/C+ averages. That's unacceptable now that I've had a taste of what it means to be a 3.5 gpa. I'm hoping to get a 3.75 this semester, which will raise me up to a 3.59....And what's this importance put on GPA's all of a sudden?
Two words for you: grad school. I want to go to business school (UCBerkeley Haas School of Business?!?), and besides the GMAT, they also take a super close look at my GPA. CRAAAAP. I feel like I need to at the very least be magna cum laude to even dream of going there. Ok it's time to kick my butt into gear and get some A's!!!
